Description:

The IZT-2S26-M5-LD Advance Ballast x is part of the Mark 7 0-10V brand and is a highly durable electronic fluorescent ballast with programmed start. It’s suitable for heavy indoor and features dimming directly from compatible 0-10V control panels with long rated life. Great for office or industrial use. It is for 4-wire dimming installations. This ballast is compatible with (1) or (2) 26-watt compact fluorescent lamps at 120 to 277 volts.

The IZT-2S26-M5-LD ballast can also work with CFQ13W, CFQ18W, CFQ26W, CFTR13W/GX24Q, CFTR18W/GX24Q, CFTR26W/GX24Q, CFTR32W/GX24Q and CFTR42W/GX24Q lamps.

This Advance Advance Mark 7 0-10V IZT-2S26-M5-LD is a compact 1 or 2 lamp electronic fluorescent ballast for indoor use for 13w, 18w, 26w, 32w and 42w with an input power 26w. These ballasts are lightweight with easy installation. Applications include industry general office, new construction lighting and features programmed start. It is dimmable directly from compatible -10V controls and features a long life with 4-wire dimmable lighting applications.

Electronic Fluorescent Ballast vs. Magnetic Fluorescent

This Phillips Advance ballast is electronic fluorescent brining added benefits including increasing frequency to 20,000 hertz. With that high of a frequency you reduce the changes of lights flickering and buzzing sounds commonly observed in magnetic ballasts.  

Does IZT-2S26-M5-LD contain PCBs?

IZT-2S26-M5-LD should not contain PCBs per Advance’s specifications literature for this ballast especially if the ballast was manufactured after January 1, 1979.
